Shipping Policy

CUT-OFF TIME AND NOTIFICATIONS

Cutoff of orders for Monday meals is every Saturday at 3:00 PM or until slots have been filled. Whichever comes first.

The Hearty Grub (THG) representative will notify you via text / call if you did not reach the cutoff time. You may also directly contact THG to check if there are still slots available for your preferred week.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Night Delivery Schedule

Delivery Time:  7:00 PM to 10:30 PM 

Delivery Days: Sunday to Thursday

Areas Covered: Metro Manila, Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo (except brgy. San Jose), some parts of Valenzuela, Las Piñas, Parañaque

Remarks: Request for exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, and other uncontrolled external factors. 

  • Morning Delivery Schedule

Delivery Time: 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

Areas Covered: Pasig City, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Manila area, Pasay City, Makati City, Taguig.

Remarks: Morning delivery is available for specific areas only. Delivery schedule will automatically be changed to night delivery without prior notice if the area is not covered by our morning delivery route. Request for exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, and other uncontrolled external factors.

AREA OF COVERAGE AND FEES

We deliver in most parts of Metro Manila (including some areas in Valenzuela, Taytay, Cainta, and Antipolo, Rizal. Delivery is FREE.

If your location is not covered by our delivery area, please contact us through our cellphone number in the "Contact Us" page, or send us a Direct Message to see if we can accommodate your area.

CHANGES IN DELIVERY SCHEDULE / DELIVERY ADDRESS

We allow changes in the delivery schedule / delivery address during the week, however, we must be advised at least 1 day in advance. Please contact us directly on our social media pages or customer service email.

Change requests within the day will not be allowed. 

POSSIBILITY OF DELAYS

The exact time of delivery will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, as well as the time other clients in the rider's route receive their meals. Rest assured that our riders will message you as soon as he is in your area or if there are unexpected delays in the dispatch of meals. We appreciate your understanding.
 
GRACE PERIOD

The Hearty Grub (THG) riders will only wait for 10 minutes for meals to be received by the client. This will give our riders ample time to deliver to all clients in their route.

If meals will not be picked up within the grace period nor no advise / response was received by the rider, meals will then be delivered to the nearest commissary for proper storage. We may deliver the meals the next morning via a third-party courier at the expense of the client. Please contact us directly.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

The Hearty Grub and its riders will not be liable for any loss / damage of the meals once meals have been delivered and received. Likewise, The Hearty Grub and its riders will not be responsible for loss / damage / spoilage of meals if client instructed us to leave the meals in the lobby, on the doorknob, outside the gate, with the village guard / neighbor, etc.
