Delivery Schedule

NIGHT DELIVERY

  • Meals will be delivered daily from Sunday to Thursday, between 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Available for Metro Manila, some parts of Valenzuela, Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo (except Brgy. San Jose), Las Piñas, Parañaque;
  • Preferred time of delivery may be noted but cannot be guaranteed as exact time of delivery will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, as well as external factors that we have no control over. 
MORNING DELIVERY
  • Meals will be delivered daily from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM;
  • We only service specific areas for the morning route: Pasig City, Ortigas area, Mandaluyong City, Manila City, Pasay City, Makati City, Taguig City;
  • The delivery schedule will automatically be moved to NIGHT DELIVERY without prior notice for areas that are not included in areas stated above;
  • Preferred time of delivery may be noted but cannot be guaranteed as exact time of delivery will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, as well as external factors that we have no control over.

    Note: Our THG Representative will send an email every Sunday to all confirmed clients with the name and number of the rider assigned to them.  

      Cutoff of Orders

      • Cutoff for Monday meals is every Saturday at 3 PM or until slots have been filled. Whichever comes first.

      Note: Clients who ordered after the cutoff time will automatically be included for Tuesday to Friday meals, as long as there is an available slot. Please coordinate with The Hearty Grub.

      Minimum Orders
      • We require orders to be at least 3 days for delivery. Kindly indicate the day that you will not be getting in the text box for the package prior to check out. (e.g. NO MONDAY AND TUESDAY MEALS).
      • We allow 2 meals a day for 5 days. Kindly indicate the meal that you will not be getting in the text box (e.g. NO BREAKFAST). We do not have rates for 2 meals for less than 5 days yet.
      Cancellation / Refund Policy
      • All completed order forms are considered SOLD regardless of the mode of payment. Please refer to our refund / cancellation policy if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that we only allow cancellation of orders at least 2 days before the start of the subscription date and / or delivery day with an acknowledgement from our representative.
      • No acknowledgement, no refund / cancellation.

      Promos / Payments

      • Promos and special discounts cannot be combined.
      • All proof of payments must be sent to (payments@theheartygrub.com) together with the THG Order No., Complete Name, Subscription Date/s
