The Ketogenic Meal Plan is a low-carb, high-fat diet that involves putting your body into a metabolic state of ketosis, where your body becomes efficient at burning fats as the main source of energy instead of carbohydrates. This could cause a big reduction of blood sugar and insulin levels, as well as quick recognizable weight loss effects. We offer the Standard Keto Meal Plan which is a very low-carb, high-fat diet typically broken down into 75% fat, 20% protein and only 5% carbohydrates.

3 meals (B,L,D) for 5 days with an option to add Keto Snacks.
NOTE TO CUSTOMER: For orders with only 2 meals per day, the calories for the 3rd meal will be deducted for the day. If you wish to have the complete calories per day, but with only 2 meals, please choose the 3 meals option and just request for the calories to be divided to 2 meals only.
