A Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Meal Plan is a plant-based diet that excludes meat, fish, and poultry but INCLUDES dairy and eggs. "Lacto" refers to dairy products, while "Ovo" refers to eggs.
This diet may be adopted to reduce the intake of animal products which improves heart health, lowers the risk of type-2 diabetes, and aids in weight loss. It is also significantly lower in cholesterol.

NOTE TO CUSTOMER:
For orders with only 2 meals per day, the calories for the 3rd meal will be deducted for the day, not distributed to 2 meals. If you wish to have the complete calorie count for the day but with only 2 meals, please choose the 3 meals option and request for the calories to be divided to 2 meals only. Please note that the same macros breakdown for your chosen calorie count will be used but the calories for the 3rd meal will be deducted.
