While our Calorie-Counted Meal Plans are designed to give adequate protein, certain conditions or factors may increase your need for protein. Athletes are often recommended to consume a higher intake of protein if their sport is physically demanding, causing muscle breakdown and requiring more protein to build and repair muscle tissue. Our High Protein Meal Plans are designed to help you fill in the gap and reach your needed daily protein intake.

NOTE TO CUSTOMER:
For orders with only 2 meals per day, the calories for the 3rd meal will be deducted for the day, not distributed to 2 meals. If you wish to have the complete calorie count for the day but with only 2 meals, please choose the 3 meals option and request for the calories to be divided to 2 meals only. Please note that the same macros breakdown for your chosen calorie count will be used but the calories for the 3rd meal will be deducted.
