Delivery Fee (only for certain areas in the SOUTH)

Dear South customers,

In response to popular demand for deliveries to specific areas in the South, we would like to inform you that beginning April 13, 2024, we will be extending our delivery services to these locations, subject to a PHP 50.00/day delivery fee. 

Please be aware that the invoice for the delivery fee will be sent separately, along with your meal package. We kindly ask that you settle the delivery fee by Tuesday of the subscribed week. Failure to make payment will result in forfeiture of meal delivery for that week, and refunds will not be issued for undelivered meals.

- Calamba, Laguna

- Santosa, Cavite

- Naic, Cavite

- Tanza, Cavite

- Rosario, Cavite

- General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Cavite

Delivery Schedule

NIGHT DELIVERY

• Meals will be delivered daily from Sunday to Thursday, between 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM;
• Available for Metro Manila, some parts of Valenzuela, Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo (except Brgy. San Jose), Las Piñas, Parañaque
• Preferred time of delivery may be noted but cannot be guaranteed as exact time of delivery will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, as well as external factors that are beyond our control.

MORNING DELIVERY

• Meals will be delivered daily from Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM;
• We only service specific areas for the morning route: Quezon City, Pasig City, Ortigas area, Mandaluyong City, Manila City, Pasay City, Makati City, Taguig City;
• NO MORNING DELIVERY FOR SOUTH BRANCH
• The delivery schedule will automatically be moved to NIGHT DELIVERY without prior notice for areas that are not included in areas stated above;
• Preferred time of delivery may be noted but cannot be guaranteed as exact time of delivery will depend on the rider's route, traffic, weather conditions, as well as external factors that are beyond our control.

Minimum Orders / Number of Meals

• Please note that we have a minimum order of 3 days for delivery.
• Kindly make sure to select the meals / days you wish to exclude from your meal subscription.
• For orders with only 2 meals per day, the calories of the 3rd meal will be deducted for the day, NOT DISTRIBUTED TO 2 MEALS. Please note that the exact macros breakdown for your chosen calorie count will be used but the calories for the 3rd meal will be deducted. If you wish to have the complete calorie count for the day but with only 2 meals, please choose the 3 meals option and tick on the box to request the calories to be divided into 2 meals only.
• Additional fees will apply for distribution of snack calories to the meals.  

Order and Delivery Modifications

• We are happy to assist with adjustments to your orders, delivery schedule or address. However, we kindly ask that you inform us before the weekly cutoff time, which is every Saturday at 7:00 PM. Please be aware that change requests received after this time cannot be accommodated. To make such changes, please get in touch with us through our social media pages or our customer service email.

Cutoff of Orders

• Cutoff for Monday meals is every Saturday at 7:00 PM. Any orders received after the Saturday cutoff will be included starting Tuesday meals, if slots are still available.
• Please note that the last day to place orders for the week is every Monday at 7:00 PM. Any orders received after the Monday cutoff will be scheduled for the following week.

Cancellation / Refund

• All completed / submitted order forms are considered SOLD, regardless of the mode of payment. 
• Cancellation of orders is only allowed at least 2 days before the start of the subscription date and/or delivery day, provided you receive an acknowledgment from our representative.
• There are no refunds or cancellations allowed for 10 or 20-day meal subscriptions once the delivery has started on the first day of the subscription.
• Customers can temporarily pause or reschedule their subscription date, but this must be done before the weekly cutoff time, which is every Saturday at 7:00 PM.
• No refunds or cancellations will be processed without acknowledgment from our end.

Promos / Special Discounts

• Promos and special discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offers and can only be applied to COMPLETE (3 meals for 5/10 days) meal subscriptions.
