The food is tasty. Helps you keep track of your calorie intake yet you enjoy the food you’re eating still. Didn’t feel like I’m actually counting my calories. Thank you The Hearty Grub. Glad that I found you!

Tried this for a week. The food preparations were nice. Calories were spread out to meals and snacks. Food were not too salty and were good quality. Delivery service is also good as well as the company staffs when you need for inquiries.
